Role description:
- Customer visit, help to improve hotel quality service. Get feedback from customers, ensure they feel comfortable when they live in hotel. Have many opportunities to take different roles.
- Learning to deal with guests compliant and keep positive although under a great stress. Be patient when faces difficult situations.
- Maintain the relationship between guest and hotel, mainly for foreign guests. Sometimes work at Food and Beverage department and others.
