For the purpose of replacing a temporarily absent worker, we are looking for the person to cover following position:

Office manager/Administration worker (M/F)
Place of work: Tivat

Your responsibilities:
  • Communication with clients and taking care of client’s requests;
  • Communication with suppliers and scheduling works for the vessels;
  • Following up the dynamics and deadlines of scheduled works;
  • Tracing international parcels and organizing import with freight agent service;
  • Organizing logistics support in Montenegro for the clients;
  • Invoicing and preparing commercial proposals;
  • Updating billing claims;
  • E-banking;
  • Creating and maintaining data base of vessels/clients;
  • Creating monthly financial reports (Income statement);
  • Creating price lists;
  • Preparing documentation for bookkeeping.
Your profile:
  • University/high school diploma;
  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Computer skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Well organized person and team player;
  • Able to work under pressure
