Role description:
- The role will work across WACOSS’s internal technology team as well as part of the DropIN Solutions enterprise and will need to demonstrate technical prowess and flexibility in juggling the demands of a variety of different projects.
- The role will lead the development of web base solutions (websites and interactive user portals) for DropIN Solutions’ growing base of customers.
Main activities:
- Support the development of new functionalities of the WACOSS website to better serve members;
- To investigate new ways for WACOSS to build technical capabilities through analytics;
- To lead the development of online web solutions (websites and interactive user portals) for clients;
- To provide user support to online portal users of the WACOSS website and DropIN;
- Implement a SEO strategy and set up strategic reporting;
- Provide support to the DropIN Project Officer in managing the DropIN portal;
- Providing advanced user support to DropIN users and DropIN Solution’s customers on various projects;
- Reviewing the portal architecture design, user feedback and objectives.
