ACTIVITIES:
Works in the designated station assigned by the Executive Chef
Able to organise the assigned work area
Check quality of incoming deliveries and store orders correctly
Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location and at appropriate levels at all times
Able to operate all kitchen equipment
Able to produce high quality product in a timely and efficient manner
Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide
Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods and report any incidents to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment
Assist other team members in the kitchen when needed and perform any other tasks assigned by the hotel management
PREREQUISITES:
High standard of spoken English
Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business
Passion and Excellence
EDUCATION:
Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree
EXPERIENCE:
1 years’ experience in a similar position
Previous experience in luxury establishments preferred
