We are currently looking for a Lifestyle Agent to join our Rental Department, in a summer role which will provide advice to clients, recommend products and services and perform a variety of tasks related to customer service operations.
Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Welcoming guests and greeting them appropriately;
- Handling guest luggage at the time of arrival and departure;
- Providing information about village facilities and services;
- Providing information about all the activities/events in the village;
- Delivering messages, packages to guests;
- Arranging transport/tours/activities/car and boat rentals for homeowners and rental guests;
- Making restaurant reservations for homeowners and rental guests;
- Booking sunbeds at PMYC pool;
- Providing food delivery service;
- Fully cooperating with colleagues from different departments and working closely with FOH Team;
- Providing advice to clients and recommending products;
- Maintaining professional image in personal appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Previous experience in a customer service field, preferably in a luxury hospitality or serviced apartments environment;
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English language, both spoken and written;
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in written;
- An engaging, polite and courteous approach to customer service, with a passion to continually exceed expectations;
- Able-bodied for heavy luggage lifting, pulling, pushing, and more.
