Junior Software Administrator

We are currently looking to hire a Junior Software Administrator to join our IT department in a role that includes design, development, testing and administration of CRM and ERP software for all departments within the company.

Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design, development and testing all aspects of CRM software using Salesforce;
Design, development and testing all aspects of ERP software using Salesforce;
Managing data from multiple sources including internal, external, and 3rd party data;
Developing new functionality of the Salesforce software;
Developing, administering and supporting the implementation of Salesforce;
Developing, administering and testing intranet web site (PHP + MySQL + WordPress);
Ensuring secure and accurate data integration between different software’s and Salesforce;
Assisting in client support and setup configurations;
Collaborating closely with management, departments and other stakeholders to identify end-user needs, requirements, specifications, areas for modifications etc., and subsequently delivering them;
Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements for the role:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT related field of study, or equivalent;
Minimum 2 years’ experience with CRM or ERP software development;
Knowledge of PHP or .NET web-based application development;
Experience of object-relational database management systems (MS SQL server, MySQL etc);
Experience creating and maintaining an extraction, transformation, data dump and loading process from source systems or files into a database;
Familiarity with managing data in Microsoft Access and Excel;
Excellent knowledge of English language, both spoken and written.

In addition, a successful candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; as well as problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to learn quickly and pick up new languages and frameworks fast; a desire to deliver results, exceeding expectations.
