Technician

• Undertakes all technical services required to deliver services to Lustica Bay, providing a safe and quality experience for all employees, homeowners and visitors.

• Undertakes all regular and additional Maintenance Services to energy infrastructure and site facilities, by undertaking the day-to-day provision of services at an operational level.
• Makes recommendations for improvement for all preventative and remedial technical requirements, scoping out indicative costs and supply options.
• Undertakes all preventive and technical activities.
• Supports technicians in the execution of their duties as required.
• Performs regular preventive and reactive maintenance and repair on energy infrastructure and site facilities of the resort.
• Ensures access to substations, in accordance with the procedures for this type of facilities.
• Ensures access to substations is strictly controlled and only in presence of engineer or technician.
• Implements all operational procedures and instructions from the Engineer and/or Technical director.
• Undertakes all measures for safe operation of all the systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning of utilities to final users and to avoid malfunctioning.
• Undertakes regular monthly reading of utility meters, or more frequently, as requested.
• Performs meter reading and is responsible for accuracy of all the meter readings.
• Reports any and all malfunctions and irregularities in the infrastructure network, equipment or facilities.
• Cooperates with all colleagues and outsourced companies to provide best-in-class service, timely and efficiently.
• Performs control of metering points and prevents, or reports of any suspicion of unauthorized use.

• High School Diploma IV Degree, Electrical Technician
• Category B Driving License

• 3 years’ experience in technician position.
• Desirable to be fluent in Montenegrin and English.
