SCOPE OF THE JOB:
- Graphic Designer will support the business through provision of visual content in line with Portonovi brand guidelines
- Provide subject matter expertise on brand standards and educate business stakeholders on visual communication design and production best practices
- Developing multiple concepts in line with Portonovi branding and ideas quickly while executing work on time
- Develop visual concepts, working with the marketing team to be in line with the content plan and placemaking and present to DOSM and senior management for feedback and approval
- To work with the International Marketing and Digital Marketing Managers with external and internal designers, agencies and other partners as required
- Manage freelance designers and video production artists to effectively articulate Portonovi’s brand identity and position through color, art style, iconography, and design – working and aligning with the marketing team for execution
- Ensure marketing assets delivered are appropriate for technical specs across each channel
- Prepare images in line with brand standard for print artwork and digital applications
- Stay current on external design trends and best practices; share with the team inspiring and motivational insights
- Ensure projects are well-planned and delivered on time and in budget
- Excellent English knowledge – preferably fluent
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with design software and graphics editing software, such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Solid experience in producing digital assets
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in design projects across B2B and B2C
