Responsibilities:
- Booking loads and communication with brokers, drivers, customers
- Route planning across the United States
- Monitoring and responding to emails and business chats immediately
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and providing information and 24/7 care to customers
- Scheduling/rescheduling pick up and delivery appointments, dispatching and providing assistance to drivers, resolving all kinds of transportation issues
Requirements:
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (an absolute must and will be tested)
- Spanish to some extent would be considered an asset
- Excellent computer literacy
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Stress-resilient, being able to work under pressure
- Thinking outside of the box so as to solve and prevent problems from occurring
- Working in shifts
