We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing relationships with existing clients and presenting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact and proposal preparation to contract finalization and ongoing account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and approaching potential customers
- Managing and updating customer information in the CRM system
- Presenting company services, pricing, and commercial offers
- Collecting documentation required for financial and credit assessments
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth contract implementation
- Building long-term relationships with clients and providing ongoing support
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
- Working closely with Sales, Credit Control, and Back Office teams to deliver excellent customer service
