For the purpose of replacing a temporarily absent worker, we are looking for the person to cover following position:
Office manager/Administration worker (M/F)
Place of work: Tivat
Your responsibilities:
- Communication with clients and taking care of client’s requests;
- Communication with suppliers and scheduling works for the vessels;
- Following up the dynamics and deadlines of scheduled works;
- Tracing international parcels and organizing import with freight agent service;
- Organizing logistics support in Montenegro for the clients;
- Invoicing and preparing commercial proposals;
- Updating billing claims;
- E-banking;
- Creating and maintaining data base of vessels/clients;
- Creating monthly financial reports (Income statement);
- Creating price lists;
- Preparing documentation for bookkeeping.
Your profile:
- University/high school diploma;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Computer skills;
- Communication skills;
- Well organized person and team player;
- Able to work under pressure
