(temporary role)
Job Description:
- Performing receptionist duties, welcoming guests and answering calls;
- Administration of documentation and email flow, post management;
- Correspondence with other departments and external parties;
- Providing administrative assistance and enabling accurate and timely information flow;
- HR and other database administration, entering data, processing and following up, preparing reports, formatting and translating documents;
- Assistance in organising promotional, training and other events;
- Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.;
- Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance manager;
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets;
- Other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English;
- PC literacy;
- Excellent knowledge of business correspondence;
- Proactivness, flexibility, responsiveness, politeness;
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
