Corporate HR Manager
Location: Montenegro
Job description:
- Proposing and implementing the approved HR policy of hotel
- Oversee the organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
- Coordination of all matters of employee work permits and visas
- Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities etc.
- Preparing documents for establishing and terminating employment
- Preparing organization, job classification and job descriptions
- Plan and coordinate the organization's workforce to best use employee talents
- Defining criteria and procedures in field of human resources
- Preparing and training realization in the hotel
- Providing necessary training and implementation of health and safety measures
- Issuing all types of Decisions
- Implementation of corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits
Minimum job requirements:
- College degree
- Fluent in English, as well local languages (Croatian, Serbian, Montenegrin)
- International experience in hotel industry is an advantage
