Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervise all regular and additional Maintenance Services to site facilities, by supervising and reviewing the day-to-day provision of services
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance, inspects and maintains building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Make recommendations for improvement for all preventive and remedial technical requirements, scoping out indicative costs and supply options
- Plan and prioritize all assigned tasks
- Comply with the Destination/Town Health & Safety Plans, executing against preventative and reactive plans, undertaking all safety-related testing
- Actively support the roll-out and completion of the Health & Safety training plan to support a safe environment
- Undertake the activities for “additional works” for clients as required
- Input into budgetary preparations, monitoring and escalation of variances for Asset and Facilities Management
Knowledge and skills required:
- High School Diploma
- Category “B” Driving License
- 5 years’ experience (or equivalent) in technician position
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in supervisory role (Desirable)
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Desirable)
