General legal support and advice in relation to business operations in Montenegro as well as export and marketing operations abroad. The support and advice shall include:

General legal support and advice in relation to business operations in Montenegro as well as export and marketing operations abroad. The support and advice shall include:
- consulting the Company’s management;
- drafting the Company’s internal and external documentation (notices, claims, local acts, applications, etc);
- drafting and/or review of different types of commercial contracts, including local supply, procurement, services agreements as well as international distribution and marketing contracts;
- advising in employment and labor matters;
- drafting and support of all corporate documents, approvals, procedures, registrations;
- dealing with real estate issues;
- representation in all governmental and administrative bodies, full litigation support.
- good educational background;
- experience in full legal support of business in Montenegro not less than 3 years;
- excellent knowledge of commercial (especially contract) and employment law;
- foreign language skills – fluent English (both spoken and written - full professional proficiency);
- digital skills – experienced user of Ms office software, legislation databases;
- personal skills – high motivation, analytical skills, ability to multitask, communication skills (successful team worker) and result-oriented personality.
