Scope of work
- Annual Brand planning and Duty Free marketing strategy development (by operator and by top 10 target hubs)
- Achieving brand growth in DF through developing & implementing wide range of marketing programs and activations (image\awareness\trial\purchase)
- Working close with local agencies to execute planned activities according with brand guidelines
- Budgets planning, financial control & management
- High education in the field of Economics / Marketing / Management
- Experience 2+years of marketing experience working with premium brands (in FMCG preferably)
- Any DF channel working experiences is a big plus
- Marketing projects budgeting principles clear understanding and financial discipline
- A goal oriented person with effective project management experience (including SMM\Digital)
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills, responsibility, self-discipline
Foreign languages:
- English - fluent (speak\read\write)
- Russian or Serbian – nice to have but not obligatory
