Responsibilities:
- Work with design mockups to develop user interfaces that communicate with various APIs.
- Actively participate in code reviews and technology/library and frontend architecture discussions and decisions.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Fixes bugs or other anomalies discovered in UI code.
- Regularly communicates status to development leads, project managers, and management staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is flexible and able to adapt to quickly changing environments and has the additional following experience and skills:
The ideal candidate is flexible and able to adapt to quickly changing environments and has the additional following experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Meeting with the engineering team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs
- Experience with Angular or similar frameworks (Vue, React)
- Interest in UI/UX, creating a consistent design and responsive user experiences across multiple devices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to travel to the USA.
- Strong desire to learn, experience new challenges, and grow into positions of increasing responsibility.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
