ADRIATIC42, a first-class yard for the servicing, maintaining and repairing of yachts and superyachts, is a joint venture company of Drydocks World (a DP World company) and PM holding (wholly owned by investment Corporation of Dubai – ICD). ADRIATIC42 is strategically located in one of the safest natural harbors in the world; the enclosed Boka Kotorska Bay in Montenegro. Our aim is to redevelop it by employing the latest equipment and the industry’s most cost-effective new techniques and services to bring the country’s renowned sector skills to the Mediterranean/Adriatic Yacht market.

Subsequently an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Vendor management specialist to take over the responsibility to achieve Procurement Objectives to ensure highest level of quality of materials ordering & receiving.

Subsequently an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a highly motivated and experienced Vendor management specialist to take over the responsibility to achieve Procurement Objectives to ensure highest level of quality of materials ordering & receiving.
Required qualifications, experience & skills
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Technical discipline
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Experience in the marine yacht repair/manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- You have excellent English communication skills in writing and spoken (both required).
Key responsibilities:
- Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for Vendor Management to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
- Preparation of Vendor Management Procedures in line with organization goals and objectives
- Responsible for Pre-Qualification and Registration of the Suppliers
- Responsible for categorization of approved vendors to meet business requirements
- Monitor the Supplier Performance on periodic basis as defined in the Procedure and ensures that corrective and preventive actions are implemented
- Conduct the Supplier’s audit as defined in the Procedure
- Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stake holders
