The Night Manager is responsible for keeping abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events and brief direct subordinates accordingly so that all Guest Experience Team members are able to answer guest requests and questions. Your goal will be to handle all customers’ complaints occurring during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation, while creating a unique Mamula team spirit, culture and identification
Requirements:
- High school or university degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Front Office, advantage in night shift.
- Must be able to diagnose problem quickly and accurately and recommend and execute required solutions.
- Excellent supervisory, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and diplomacy are required.
- Ability to forecast needs for resources, and to plan and assess problems and develop realistic solutions.
- Ability to be flexible, resourceful, service-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with resort guests, employees, outsourced staff, contractors, vendors and suppliers.
- Ability to work in high stress conditions.
- Advanced computer skills, good command of Microsoft Office and affinity to work with other IT tools.
- Full working professional proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered an asset.
