Position: HR Administrator
Reported to: HR Coordinator
Role description
Providing administrative support to the staff and delivering an excellent employee experience. Nurturing a safe and thriving environment for all employees by caring for their welfare and professional development aligned with the company’s vision and strategy.
Your responsabilities:
- Update records with new hires, organize and maintain personnel records
- Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
- Update internal databases (e.g. sick leaves or maternity leaves)
- Prepare employment contracts and new hire guides
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence and work schedules)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Assist in the coordination of accommodation, catering and transport for staff when necessary
- Act as the point of contact for employee's job-related queries
- Coordinate, control and inspect employee accommodation, staff canteen and all staff areas etc. ensuring they are maintained up to the standards
- Assist with planning, coordinating and executing employee activities and events
- Promote channels of communication with employees, process feedback and utilize it for improvement
You have:
- Knowledge of Montenegrin Labour law
- Good command of English language, Russian is an advantage
- Proficient command of Microsoft Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
