Lebosol® Dünger GmbH is a successful company from Germany with around 120 employees, specialized in the production and distribution of liquid fertilizers to the agricultural industry in many countries. In cooperation with scientific research institutes, the company can analyze plants and their needs in order to create high quality nutrition that are tailor-made for specific plants in a specific environment. Lebosol® is a reliable partner for the agricultural industry since more than 30 years.
The owner of Lebosol® together with two other investors are aiming to introduce these fertilizers in the Balkan region as well. A new company – Lebosol Balkan doo – is currently founded and equipped in Montenegro and will soon be serving as a sales hub for Lebosol®’s products and services to the entire region.

Who we are looking for:
- We are looking for a capable business partner to establish and run this new company, focusing heavily on sales. Key properties needed would generally be the following:
- Insights in the agricultural industry (important players, products and production, an understanding of factors like soil, seasons, climate, etc.)
- Outgoing salesperson, networking-natural.
- Entrepreneur-attitude with corresponding features and skills (business-management, high standards of organization, reliability, etc.).
- Language skills (Balkan region, English, German as a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
- Salary: Attractive overall package with the option of direct participation not only in sales but in the company itself as well.
- Personal development, e.g. trainings in Lebosol products, methods and services.
- Very wide range of self-design options according to personal needs and preferences: basically free choice of the place of work, free time management, etc.
