For the needs of our Hard Rock Cafe Podgorica brand, we are looking for a new team members for the following job positions in Kotor and Budva:

Sales Associate In Retail Shop

JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:

Work in a retail facility of Hard Rock Shops
Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system
Handling cash and other forms of payment
Providing accurate information about prices and services
Maintaining proper cash flow balances
Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and pleasantly set up
Display of goods according to brand standards
Maintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls & inventories
Solving client needs in a professional, fast and efficient manner
Ensure great customer service at all levels
Educating and attracting the attention of clients through product demonstrations
Accommodation request for larger group of tourist
Keeping the store clean and tidy according to the brand standards

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not crucial (training provided according to brand standards)
Excellent knowledge of English is needed. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage
Orientation in achieving excellent results
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Professional appearance and attitude
Proactivity, excellent communication skills and organizational skills
Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
Dedication and desire to grow within our brand
Eye for details and great customer oriented manners
