Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a
Regional Sales Manager in Tivat.
Main responsibilities:
Develop brand strategy and manage it implementation within dedicated markets;
Work closely with Distributors. Develop and deploy strategies (commercial & marketing activities, pricing, listings etc) that enable growth, improve costs, and ensure brand performance.
Manage international shipments & depletions to support customers.
Share full responsibilities for the delivery of volume, value and profit objectives in alignment with each market strategy;
Search for new partners where relevant;
Development of new spirits categories on the markets;
Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, distribution, supply chain, demand planning to deliver business results;
Market data analyzis;
Provide data analytics on the performance of each market via regular Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
Experience of work in spirits industry (at least 3Ys) on sales/trade marketing positions in international companies;
Understanding of work specifics with different channels: -on; -off; ecommerce;
Excellent collaboration and influence with Partners and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ownership and determination in overcoming day to day challenges.
Excellent strategic and analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
