"MONTENEGRO TOURIST SERVICE DMC" agency has been operating for more than 15 years in the Balkan region (Southeastern Europe) in the following countries: Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia, as well as in Hungary, Austria and Italy. We are engaged in group and individual travel, focusing on quality service through our infrastructure and network in these countries. We do customized programs for FIT travelers, MICE programs, business trips, luxury trips and transfers, as well as special programs and events up to our client requests. We are also developing online platforms for promotion and sales of our products.

JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Experience in making package arrangements (hotels, transfers, excursions, etc.);
- Experience in solving inquiries and making "tailor made offers" adapted to the requirements and wishes of clients;
- Experience in negotiations with hotels and other external suppliers that we hire for the needs of the arrangement;
- Desirable experience in MICE management;
- Management of internal system and statistics;
- Solving emergency situations (overbooking, finding hotels for critical dates, finding hotels for large groups, etc.);
- Creation of daily and periodic reports on realizations;
- Creation of work calculation;
- Management of internal system and statistics;
- Implementation of prescribed procedures in accordance with the company's business policy;
- Resolving claims and complaints within the scope of work;
- Communication with local tourist communities for the purpose of promoting our products and services.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Fluent knowledge of Chinese language is a must – reading and comunicating;
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed;
- Mandatory work experience in the same or similar job in a tourist agency for a minimum of 2 years (specifically INCOMING / DMC company)
- Excellent organizational, communicational and sales skills required when contracting with clients;
- Good logical skills in work and the ability to link products, services and contacts;
- Diplomacy, tact and innovative work aproach;
- Analytical and systematic way of doing business;
