Undertakes all technical services required to deliver services to Lustica Bay, providing a safe and quality experience for all homeowners, visitors and employees.
Your key responsibilities:
Facilities Management Services
- Undertakes all regular and additional Maintenance Services to site facilities, by undertaking the day-to-day provision of services at an operational level.
- Makes recommendations for improvement for all preventative and remedial technical requirements, scoping out indicative costs and supply options.
- Undertakes all preventative and technical activities.
Health & Safety
- Complies with the Destination/Town Health & Safety Plans, executing against preventative and reactive plans, undertaking all safety-related testing.
- Delivers the tactical Office Occupational Health & Safety Plan, escalating issues to the Manager.
- Actively supports the roll-out and completion of the Health & Safety training plan to support a safe environment.
- Maintains relevant Health & safety documentation in line with approved company procedures.
Supporting Activities
- Undertakes the activities for “additional works” for clients as required.
- Undertakes projects as assigned within the remit of the role.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required
Job-Specific Experience
- 2 years’ experience (or equivalent) in a same or similar position.
- Professional experience in Mechanical, Electrical and/or Civil engineering (painter, stoner and wood works).
Desirable
- High school Diploma
- Valid driver’s license “B” category.
