We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer / architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and architecture
With excellent communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and oversee installations
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interior Design, architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Strong design, conceptual and problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and project management skills
