Scope of work:
- Utilize 1C: Enterprise 8 software to handle cash documents and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using 1C: Enterprise 8.
- Monitor and manage the movement of cash and cash equivalents, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
- Generate and analyze management reports to provide insights into financial performance and assist in decision-making processes.
- Effectively utilize the bank-client system to process financial operations and maintain banking relationships.
- Perform operations involving financial instruments, such as stocks, bonds, and derivatives, in compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain the database of documentary operations and cash settlements (BDDS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct currency control activities to comply with legal requirements and manage foreign currency transactions.
- Execute currency operations, including currency exchange and transfers, while adhering to established policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in treasury functions, including cash management, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial instruments.
- Familiarity with the bank-client system and experience in handling financial operations.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Experience with 1C: Enterprise 8 software and proficiency in utilizing its financial modules.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
- Proficient in using MS Excel and other relevant software for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Office location: Niksic, remote work is not allowed;
- Employment in accordance with Montenegro labour legislation.
