Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Nikšić, Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a:

Coordinator of Sales Department in Tivat
Scope of work:
- Maintaining accounting records for corporate trips of the department's manager.
- Providing the department with necessary products for brand presentations (advertising materials, alcohol samples).
- Generating reports (quarterly, annually).
- Compiling work schedules.
- Sending advertising materials and alcohol samples to international regional representatives.
- Carrying out other directives from management related to the direct scope of activities. Executing orders and instructions from the company's administration and immediate supervisor.
- Observing occupational safety requirements, including safety instructions.
- Complying with the company's internal local regulations and policies related to occupational safety.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with people from different cultures and backgrounds;
- The candidate should be very familiar with MS Excel (functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- English - fluent (speak\read\write);
- Russian (nice to have).
