Position: Junior Sales Manager for Health & Wellbeing Retreat (m/f)
Scope of Job: Sales & Marketing Department
Responsible for: Build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecast

Main Duties and responsibilities:
  • This position involves the development of a special segment of tourism focused on health tourism, improving the quality of life for clients, medical services, spa tourism, sports tourism, and special program tourism;
  • Positioning the Vrmac Wellbeing Center as one of the key outlets of the hotel, with a focus on maximizing profits in the respective business segment;
  • Commitment to creating a brand for the Vrmac Wellbeing Center with a strong knowledge of prevention and immune system preparation for a long-term and healthy lifestyle, special programs, and trends in nutrition, sports, health, daily life quality, as well as rehabilitation programs, all in accordance with and in cooperation with the trained and professional medical staff of the Vrmac Center;
  • Achieving set goals through sales activities and skills and shifting business from competing hotels by highlighting and promoting the quality and uniqueness of Vrmac's offerings;
  • Monitoring trends in special needs tourism and accordingly developing new programs together with the medical staff at Vrmac;
  • Preparation of advertising proposals, market research for the specified market niches, and identification of potential clients;
  • Conducting sales calls, attending relevant fairs, organizing site visits for the hotel and Vrmac for potential partners;
  • Participation in workshops and fairs to promote hotel facilities with a focus on the Vrmac Center;
  • Preparation of reports (revenues and forecasts, competition analysis, tourism trends);
  • Coordinating activities within other hotel sectors and ensuring that the Client receives what has been agreed upon;
  • Identifying the specific needs of individual companies - annual meetings, manager retreats, Christmas parties, annual conferences, meetings of various affiliated associations, incentive travel, team building, seminars;
  • Daily preparation of a list of incoming inquiries;
  • Preparing offers and contracts in a way that ensures a high conversion rate of inquiries to increase revenue;
  • Proactive contact with agencies and tour operators to ensure a continuous demand for business;
  • Maintaining good relationships with all potential partners;
  • Daily administrative activities within the hotel program, communication with other departments, quality control of confirmed services;
  • Reporting to the Director of Sales for their work;
  • Performing other duties within the scope of the Sales sector's responsibilities.
Requirements: 
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree;
  • At least  3 years of working experience in similar position;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Hotel systems (HMS);
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel revenue management systems;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and distribution is a plus.
