And for our client Dobrov and Family Group - a holding company that manages various assets and businesses in Europe. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations and provide critical support for ongoing investment projects in the hospitality sector. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and ambitious team, contributing to a growing portfolio of tourism and hotel projects, including more than 300 rooms and over 70,000 square meters of Gross Developable Area (GDA).
Our properties include the stunning Velika Plaža (Lido) with 94,000 square meters, the historic Bečići site covering almost 61,000 square meters, a breathtaking 32,000 square meters overlooking Crvena Glavica, and a serene 100,000 square meter plot in Kuljače. Main tasks:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance through clear guidance and recommendations.
- Prepare and research financial models for projects.
- Analyze financial statements.
- Generate and submit monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Manage cash flow effectively.
- Develop and oversee budgets and forecasts.
- Compile and deliver documentation to external accountancy providers.
- Execute payment processes.
- Ensure compliance with local GAAP and Group accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Montenegrin (mother tongue or fluent) and English (fluent) is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, sumifs, and logical formulas.
- Strong financial planning and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in cash flow management.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and a basic understanding of tax regulations.
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Familiarity with G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Docs, Gmail, etc.)
- Interesting tasks and supportive working environment
- Training in new technologies such as SmartSheet and ASANA
