We are looking for an F&B Sales Event Agent whose role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We’re seeking a passion for hospitality and creativity, a whatever it takes mentality and a drive to be extraordinary!

The position of F&B Sales Event Agent is responsible to sell, coordinate and service all private and corporate events to the client’s specifications while keeping Nikki Beach brand standards in mind. This position acts as the first point of contact for event agents, planners and private clients and maintains relationships throughout the event planning process to the event date and beyond.

Your tasks will cover the following: 
  • Act as point of contact for all private function or group reservation requests.
  • Take care of event tracking, reporting, BEO composition and execution of events.
  • Take full advantage of the existing database and constantly expand contact base.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with DMCs, wedding planners and regular customers to drive sales in the private events and venue special events sectors
  • Ensure event profitability by composing a P&L, understand operational procedures/limitations when selling the venue for private events
  • Actively up and cross-sell products and services to reach sales targets
  • Ensure implementation of sales plan guidelines in terms of promotion, advertising and sales materials
An ideal candidate will have the following personality traits, skills and experiences:
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, other language desirable. 
  • Previous direct sales experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the events industry
  • Knowledgeable and interested in corporate and luxury tourism/F&B/hospitality
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, able to deliver projects on deadline and meet set sales targets
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, a quick thinker, and a creative problem solver 
  • Understands luxury branding and importance of customer service and personal contact with clients.
  • Confident communicator who can reach out to event agencies/DMCs to build relationships with agents that can bring events such as corporate, incentives, and wedding groups to the property. This includes but is not limited to cold calling, e-mailing and scheduling site inspections
  • Interested in the bigger corporate picture by developing an understanding of the company and revenue dynamics in order to help maximize profit by adjusting and expanding sales strategies when possible.
