We are hiring a

HR Recruitment Specialist

• Headhunting potential candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks,
• Collecting resumes and screening candidates to identify qualified applicants,
• Crafting compelling job advertisements and posting them on relevant job boards and platforms,
• Organizing and conducting initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability,
• Coordinating interview schedules and logistics for candidates and hiring managers,
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination,
• Facilitating the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and documentation,
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to recruitment activities and candidate interactions,
• Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR management,
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to continuously improve processes and strategies,
• Assisting with other HR-related activities, when necessary.

• Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems,
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders,
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively,
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to attract and engage top talent,
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (preferred but not required),
  • Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.
• Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a tech or marketing industry (minimum 2 years of relevant experience).
