About the Role:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatcher role, specifically within the US market.
- Established connections with brokers or shippers are highly valued.
- Ability to recruit Owners or drivers to our company.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent command of English with stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of DOT hours of service and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
- Quick learner with technology, including company-specific software.
- Decisive with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus.
