We are looking for the position of:
Restaurant supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Managing and overseeing restaurant staff;
- Monitoring operations and implementing the strategy agreed upon with company management;
- Assigning tasks to employees in the restaurant and bar, ensuring work is done in accordance with procedures and regulations;
- Managing and supervising the serving process, taking care of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Completed professional education lasting a minimum of 3 years;
- At least 2 years of experience in the mentioned position;
- Proficiency in Montenegrin/Serbian and English;
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership abilities;
- Team player with positive attitude, enthusiasm and initiative.
