We are looking for the position of:
Monitoring and adhering to all hotel standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
Accepting all assignments from the section leader, deputy head chef, and head chef.
Responsible for hygiene in the sector where they work.
Maintaining sharp knives. Cooking according to specified recipes.
Performing all other tasks as instructed by the supervisor
Handing over/taking over the shift from a colleague in the same position
Obligated to inform the section leader if the shift has not been handed over according to the prescribedstandard
Responsible for the quality of dishes and products in their section
Required to taste each dish before sending it to the serving position
Reporting malfunctions and breakages to the section leader immediately
Informing the section leader about the stock status in the kitchen pantry
Executing other tasks and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions
Culinary degree (Level III/IV)
Responsible, accurate, independent, and systematic approach to work
Ability for logical thinking and easy communication with colleagues and superiors
Provided accommodation, meals, and uniform
For foreign citizens, residence and work permits are provided.
