We are looking for the position of:
Public Areas Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and overseeing the cleanliness of public areas, beach sanitary blocks, offices, receptions, and elevators;
- Providing guidance to employees on procedures;
- Monitoring the progress of tasks and identifying deficiencies;
- Communicating with outlets, beach bar and restaurant supervisors;
- Familiarizing oneself with types of dirt and the means intended for their removal;
- Reporting damages, malfunctions, and irregularities to relevant departments;
- Collaborating with other housekeeping supervisors and the laundry supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma;
- Previous experience in similar or related positions is desirable;
- Computer literacy;
- Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Russian;
- Operational, organizational, and leadership skills;
- Communication skills at all levels;
- Adaptability to various situations;
- Resourcefulness and ability to act swiftly;
- Receptiveness to constructive criticism;
- Team spirit and a tendency to create favorable working conditions.
