Architect Sales Representative (m/f)
to join our Montenegro team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Team, primarily focusing on Montenegro and Serbia
- Occasionally engage with teams in Croatia, Macedonia, Albania, and Slovenia
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and propose architectural solutions accordingly
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of agreed-upon tasks
- Develop architectural and interior details for projects
- Collaborate with various departments within the company or external partners, analyzing gathered information and integrating it into architectural projects
- Organize and monitor task implementation procedures
- Utilize direct sales experience to successfully identify and acquire new clients
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients
- Degree in Architecture from a University or College
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented professional with proficient negotiation abilities
- Willingness to openly share innovative ideas and contribute to ongoing progress
- Customer-oriented approach with sales experience
- Business presentation experience preferred (1+ year)
- Proficiency in Autocad or other 2D/3D software (SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or 3ds Max)
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Familiarity with pCon Planner is advantageous
- Background in interior design is desirable
- English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (due to our international clientele)
