We are looking for a Nikki Beach Shop Manager whose role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience. We’re seeking a passion for hospitality, creativity, and a drive to be extraordinary!

Your tasks will cover the following:
- Customer service focus
- Provide solutions for every customer in order to boost top/line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports as daily call reports and Weekly report regarding customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Answering client questions about products, prices and availability. Present, promote and Sell goods using solid arguments to our customers
- Be aware of what all the customers in the shop are doing and make the customer aware of any special offers
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor appearance
- Operating cash and card registers managing financial transactions. Closing the deal and recording the details
- Increasing in store sales
- Directing customers to merchandise, advise and give them properly sizes
- Helping the customers with returns, refunds and resolve common complaints and inform about the issues to your manager
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers when your manager tells you to do it (when we have sales in our shops)
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Using the shop email address and Respond to incoming emails
- Check the quantities of goods on display and stock and be sure is matching with your inventory’s CEGID system
- Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise between shops or consignment Brands when your manager is asking for
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash drawers and making deposit at the end of the day to your General Manager
- Arrange and display the merchandise properly in the shop also the warehouse
- Keeping the store tiddly and clean, this includes hovering and mopping
- Inventory stock and requisition new stock. Report any inventory issues to your manager
- English speaker, extra languages is an advantage
- Friendly, helpful, confident and polite even when you are tired or under the pressure
- Stocking the merchandise properly in the warehouse, Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to your manager
- Attaching price tags to merchandise on the shop floor
- Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves
- Use the Company’s POS system. Operating various tools, such as labelling machines and pricing scanners
- Have to be at work on your program times and not come late. Have to have a proper outfit.
- At the end of each day complete the Weekly Sales and do the Flash Report which must be sent to the Company’s accountant.
