About your position

Employee Administration Specialist is a role that is accountable for running all the administration in the employee lifecycle (hiring, exit, promotions, job role changes etc.). By ensuring a smooth and pleasant employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle, an Employee Administration Specialist contributes drastically to the organization's ability to achieve its strategic and operational objectives and has a direct impact on employee engagement and motivation.

Job requirements
  • Hiring procedure - preparation and signing of employment documents such as contracts and annexes, employee registration (tasks related to government institutions, insurance or other benefits that the company offers).
  • Changes to employment conditions - processing of all the documentation and administration related to promotions, role changes, job location changes, compensation changes, benefit changes…any change that affects the employment conditions.
  • Relocation - processing of all documentation and administration related to international mobility transactions such as work and residence permits.
  • Exit procedure - preparation and signing of all termination documents and processing of the administration and documentation related to deregistration of the employee.
  • Being the contact person for the candidate/employee
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
