Main Duties and responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting in the sourcing, screening, and coordination of candidates throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, helping to identify top talent and maintain positive candidate experiences. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and on/off boarding.
  • Take charge of the full hiring process, including pre-screen, interview, interview assessment, offering etc., other HR hiring related work, including timely hiring report, hiring progress tracking etc.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in the position.
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with candidates and HR Manager. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and recruitment materials that attract top talent and align with the employer brand.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Additionally, prepare various reports regarding employee matters, such as attendance, performance evaluations, and turnover rates.
  • Take responsibility for managing and maintaining weekly working schedules for employees, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate employee accommodation needs as necessary.
  • Performs other tasks from the domain of the sector and in accordance with the instructions of the sector HR Manager.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Training and Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a recruitment or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
