Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations in every interaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or related field preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a team and independently.
Shift: Second Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-time
