Spasilac
Opis posla:
- Dužan je da nadzire kupače na plaži i pristupi spasavanju ukoliko je nečiji život ugrožen;
- Dužan je preventivno djelovati i upoznati posjetioca plaže o svim mogućim opasnostima i upozoriti na opasne radnje čime mogu ugroziti sebe i druge učesnike;
- Spasilac na plaži pruža prvu pomoć do dolaska hitne medicinske pomoći;
- Posjetiocima plaže nudi sva potrebna obaviještenja ili neki drugi vid pomoći;
- Obavlja sve ostale poslove po nalogu nadređenog.
Kvalifikacije:
- Neophodna licenca spasioca na vodi;
- Neophodno znanje engleskog jezika;
- Neophodno iskustvo;
- Neophodno znanje u pružanju prve pomoći.

Lifeguard
Role Description
This is a on-site role as a Lifeguard at Ānanti Resort, Residences & Beach Club in Budva.
Lifeguard is required to have a valid lifeguard license,
knowledge of foreign language due to communication with our customers and preferably experience with lifeguard services.
Our Lifeguards are enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking individuals who supervise a swimming activity of our guests at the hotel beach, maintaining their working area (beach), providing high standards of cleanliness, and assist with general day to day operations. They are one part of our amazing Sunset Beach team, enabling our customers to safely enjoy water-based activities in a fun and safe environment.
Job Tasks
- Supervision and control of the beach area and surrounding to ensure safety of hotel guests and visitors.
- Responsible for general safety and behavior of the public, preventing any misuse or damages
- Perform rescues, give immediate first aid in the event of injury or initiate other emergency action as appropriate.
- Maintain highest level of cleanses and organization of own working area
- Maintain professional appearance, wears correct uniform which complies with the company dress code and respects the companies’ policies and procedures given by direct supervisors or Executive Director.
Qualifications
- Lifeguard valid license permit
- First Aid trained / qualification
- Experience in the role is preferred
- Knowledge of English is a must
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
