Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, with a working knowledge essential
- Strong communication skills
- A creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and seek more efficient solutions
- Relevant experience in tech support or a related field is a plus
- Solid understanding of networking concepts is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows desktop operating system is preferable
- Basic familiarity with Windows server operating systems is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems is a plus
- Fundamental understanding of PC and server hardware is desirable
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and learn new skills
- Experience with Raspberry Pi computers
- Basic knowledge of Bash and Python scripting languages
- Familiarity with cloud architecture, specifically AWS
- Understanding of VPN technologies
- Knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Deliver first-line technical support to our clients
- Manage support tickets from inception to resolution
- Communicate effectively with clients and partners globally
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and partners
- Handle SIM card top-ups across all carriers and resolve balance inquiries
- Provide remote maintenance and upgrades for devices
- Collaborate closely with team leaders
