JOB DESCRIPTION: Breakfast Supervisor has the key responsibility of ensuring that all of the food and beverage service standards are upheld to the highest degree. They will need to have the passion, dedication and vision to inspire other employees in providing impeccable service to guests, while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and consistency in line with Hilton International standards.
What will I be doing?
As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Supervises front of house staff during breakfast service and have a passion for breakfast atmosphere;
- Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly;
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards;
- Communicates the restaurant’s vision to all team members and leads by example;
- Builds and maintains relationships with guests, team members and senior management;
- Shows leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of breakfast;
- Demonstrates high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote breakfast at the restaurant;
- Remaining hands on within this busy food and beverage operation, overseeing Breakfast;
- Uses conflict/resolution and problem solving skills;
- To work as part of a team and to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience of our guests.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- 3-5 years of experience in supervising and guiding others, at the same/or similar position in F&B Department in a 4 / 5-star category hotel/ or individual restaurant with high standards;
- Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs (C1 preferable);
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality would be an asset;
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to conduct briefings and meetings;
- Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seize opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance.
