ADRIATIC42, a first-class yard for the servicing, maintaining and repairing of yachts and superyachts, is a joint venture company of Drydocks World (a DP World company) and PM holding (wholly owned by investment Corporation of Dubai – ICD). ADRIATIC42 is strategically located in one of the safest natural harbors in the world; the enclosed Boka Kotorska Bay in Montenegro. Our aim is to redevelop it by employing the latest equipment and the industry’s most cost-effective new techniques and services to bring the country’s renowned sector skills to the Mediterranean/Adriatic Yacht market.
HSEQ Manager
We are now recruiting to put the right team in place to take this venture forward!
Subsequently an exciting opportunity has now arisen for a highly motivated HSEQ Manager who is responsible to Intermediary to the Company’s overall HSEQ strategy, consistent with Company’s mission, strategy and core values. Monitor and verify the conformance of vessel operations with all company policies and the documented management system and functionally report to VP HSE -DDW.

Required qualifications, experience & skills
- Higher education in technical and / or technical-technological or other appropriate fields
- A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience covering Health Safety, Environment and Quality Management System in International company.
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and participation in all operations and projects which are carried out in Adriatic 42
- Work in coordination with the company s HSE and Quality Departments for HSEQ related matters.
- Communication with relevant government bodies related to Health Safety, Environment, Fire protection and Emergency situation
- Informing Adriatic42 management and ensuring implementation of QMS, ISO 45001 and Iso 14001
- Develop and draft new HSEQ procedures, forms or other documentation as required
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and standards related to the maritime industry
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Ensure QC inspections /NDT are conducted as planned, timely and accurately.
- Ensure the project delivery excellence and cost efficiency, by developing and implementing a robust Project inspection regimen as per approved project quality plan and standard / class requirements.
- Provide HSEQ education for all stakeholders in Adriatic 42.
