Role Essence:

• Responsible for creating and implementing the cocktail menu in all hotel outlets
• Responsible for beverage operations in designated outlets
• Following and implementing classic recipes and creating signature cocktails
• Tracking and improving guest satisfaction regarding the beverage offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a well stocked bar, including all ingredients needed to prepare signature and standard drink orders
• Preparation of non-alcoholic drinks such as smoothies, juices, coffees, teas etc.
• Preparation of alcoholic drinks by mixing ingredients such as liquor, beer, wine, juices etc.
• Preparing an array of classic cocktails and drinks
• Preparing an array of non-standard and signature drinks and cocktails
• Maintaining a well organized and clean bar area
• Preparation and draft of the cocktail menus
• Implementation of existing and future cocktail menus
• Complying with all F&B SoPs
• Providing excellent guest service and experience
• Understanding The Chedi brand service culture and providing the highest level of professionalism
• Supporting all F&B and banqueting operations
• Support the rest of the F&B team with necessary information to assist with the selling and upselling of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Ensure perfection in "suggestive selling" in order to optimize and improve the sales of the designated outlet
• Strict adherence to LQA standards, along with following the company SoPs

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate from Bartender, Mixologist or similar courses or schools is preferred
• Basic of Culinary knowledge is preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits and appropriate ingredients, flavor profiles and common mixers for each type of spirit
• Strong knowledge of cocktails
• Ability to come up with creative signature drinks and cocktails
• Strong knowledge of mixing techniques
• Guest Experience Excellence Oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Full working proficiency in English and Montenegrin is preferred
• Proven previous experience in a high-end bar, restaurant or hotel property
• Good understanding of overall F&B operations and trends
• Excellent supervisory skills
