For the needs of our Hard Rock Cafe Podgorica brand, we are looking for a new team member for the following job position in Podgorica:

General Manager 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards and core values, consistently meeting or exceeding Hard Rock's business goals.
  • Manage the business sustainably, achieving or exceeding agreed financial and other business targets while adhering to all Hard Rock standards and brand values.
  • Adopt an entrepreneurial approach to identify opportunities for maximizing market potential.
  • Analyze, plan, and organize team tasks by priority based on domain-specific information.
  • Achieve top sales performance levels ranked #1 in your competitive job market.
  • Implement strategic decisions made by the Executive Director.
  • Ensure adherence to company rules and procedures, maintaining established Group standards.
  • Prepare the annual budget for Hard Rock Cafe.
  • Provide clear direction to teams to understand business strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure top functionality so that your teams consistently deliver products and services according to brand standards.
  • Monitor, control, approve, and record company spending.
  • Prepare the annual report for Hard Rock Cafe.
  • Control job calculations across all departments.
  • Manage employee finances for job execution, travel, training, etc.
  • Sign and issue orders (travel, work, etc.) necessary for job execution.
  • Control data in income and expense tables to create monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
  • Prepare monthly plans and track the execution of activities outlined in the annual and monthly plans of all departments.
  • Maintain records of employee timeliness regarding daily work reports.
  • Hold weekly meetings with department managers and organize team meetings.
  • Together with HR, plan resources, engage in employee communication to resolve work issues, and propose career advancements based on performance.
  • Plan and determine resource needs and create a list of tasks by department.
  • Work on attracting and retaining highly talented people available in the job market and placing them in positions that utilize their skills and expertise for maximum performance.
  • Clearly define goals and expectations for each management team member using performance measurement tools.
  • Control, modify, and update the procedure book and propose amendments to the internal organization and job classification regulations.
  • Monitor and approve all types of work in the workspaces.
  • Ensure Hard Rock Café Podgorica collaborates with other organizational units (shops on the coast).
  • Ensure all Group-prescribed regulations, procedures, and standards are implemented and strictly followed.
  • Consistently demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
  • Proven extensive experience in leadership roles with a record of measurable achievements (10+ years in the hospitality business, particularly in front-line operations).
  • Demonstrate the ability to grow the company's business by generating consistent financial revenue growth year after year.
  • Preferable experience working with international brands or franchises.
  • Fluent in one or more foreign languages (written and spoken).
  • Strong commitment to clients and a desire to achieve goals.
  • Advanced people management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and financial analysis skills.
  • Management skills across all business segments (hospitality, retail, marketing, event organization, etc.) and excellent knowledge of various business functions.
  • Ability to remain focused in an extremely dynamic environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize challenges in daily work.
  • Ability to tolerate different types of employee personalities and strong agility in work.
