Retail Sales Associate
Retail Sales Associate
Location: Podgorica
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Working in Hard Rock Shop retail stores
- Operating the cash register - handling cash and card transactions
- Displaying merchandise according to brand standards
- Addressing customer needs in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner
- Providing accurate information on prices and services
- Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
- Selling the merchandise assortment to customers
- Keeping the store clean and organized in line with brand standards
- Maintaining stock levels of the merchandise assortment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable, but not essential (training provided according to brand standards)
- Excellent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Results-oriented
- Proactive with strong communication skills
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Precision and organizational skills
- Dedication and willingness to learn
