Job Title: Creator Partnerships Manager (Remote)

This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll manage your team and report directly to senior managers.

BOSS MGMT GRP seeks a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team and help connect brands with top digital creators. This is a full-time, remote position where you’ll manage your team and report directly to senior managers.
Responsibilities:
- Build your roster of creators within the first three months.
- Develop and manage brand partnerships, connecting your roster with brands for exciting collaborations.
- Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with creators, brands, and agencies.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on critical metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but optional. We value competence, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and influencer marketing knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns at once.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of the creator space and social media platforms.
- No specific educational background is required, but strong English skills and computer literacy are essential.
- A willingness to learn on the job, with three months of training and continued development.
- Salary: €800 per month.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours.
