Role Overview
Noblewood Group is a privately owned production and global distribution business of super premium spirits headquartered in Montenegro. We are looking for Area Sales Manager in Podgorica or Tivat.
The successful candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
Area of responsibility: Central and Coastal Region for visits for off and on-trade channels
Key Responsibilities and Activities
Account Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (wholesalers, owners, managers, buyers, and sommeliers) in the HORECA sector.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of on-trade accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to meet sales and distribution goals.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
Trade Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing & TM team to execute brand activations, events, and training sessions.
- Ensure optimal placement of products within venues, focusing on menu listings, back-bar displays, and promotional spaces.
- Drive visibility through co-branded events, tastings, and partnerships.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability.
- Share market intelligence with the broader sales and marketing teams to align strategies and objectives.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, account performance, and budgets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, market conditions, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the spirits industry or related beverage sector, with a focus on the HORECA channel. Understanding of work specifics with wholesalers and on-trade accounts.
- Strong network within the HORECA sector, with a track record of managing high-value accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license (mandatory).
- Personal vehicle (preferred).
- Willingness to commute to the office in Tivat once a week.
- Availability to work in the field most of the time.
- Must be reachable and responsive during working hours.
